Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Returns (Rolled Prints Only)

We accept returns on open edition, rolled prints within 30 days of delivery.

Special editions, original artwork, framed paper prints, and stretched or framed canvas prints are not eligible.

To start a return, email jeff@psliveinspired.com before shipping anything back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

• Your print must be in the same condition you received it.

• Please re-package the print exactly as it arrived to minimize damage in transit.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the collector.

A refund will be issued once the print reaches our studio and passes inspection.

Damages or Wrong Item

Inspect your order upon arrival. If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact jeff@psliveinspired.com right away so we can make it right.

• Original artworks

• Special edition prints

• Framed canvas prints

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, email us before shipping.

Exchanges

For a different item, please contact jeff@pslivinspired.com and arrange a return your item. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Shipping policy

Prints

Once your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation means we have added your order to our production schedule. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. information.

Duties & Taxes

Original paintings shipped to destinations outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Jeff Schmidt Art is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your tracking number, please contact us at jeff@psliveinspired.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
