Jeff Schmidt has been immersed in the creative arts for over 35 years. His journey has spanned stage set design, illustration, authorship, visual merchandising for London’s retail scene, urban sketching, art education, and painting. This lifelong exploration has deepened his fascination with people — their stories, nuances, and the invisible layers that make them who they are. Working from his studio in Surrey, UK, Jeff experiments with oil, acrylic, gouache, ink, and watercolour. His latest series, Faceless, marks a distillation of decades of creative inquiry-  a deconstruction of portraiture into emotion, texture, and soul.
